About Europe Sauna Guide

Europe Sauna Guide is an independent publishing project about sauna travel in Europe.

Our Story

Founded in 2026, Europe Sauna Guide was created to help travelers find public saunas in European cities and understand the customs before they go, with the Finnish sauna as the anchor topic.

Who Writes Our Guides

Europe Sauna Guide Editorial is an organizational publication byline. It does not imply personal visits.

  • Publication byline: Articles are attributed to Europe Sauna Guide Editorial. We do not claim a network of local reviewers.

Meet the Editor

Our guides are edited by Europe Sauna Guide Editorial, Editorial project at Europe Sauna Guide — the byline you'll see on our articles. Sauna travel guides to Europe with article-level sources.

    Our Research Process

How each guide is put together:

    • Sources: Use article-level sources from sauna venues, city and tourism offices and official providers.
    • Corrections: We fix reported factual errors and update the article date.

    What We Do

Europe Sauna Guide publishes city sauna guides, venue guides and explanations of sauna etiquette and bathing traditions, starting from the Finnish sauna.

    Our Commitment to Authenticity

    We are committed to:

    • Clear attribution: Separate sourced facts from editorial recommendations and avoid invented visit reports.
    • Corrections: Report an article URL, disputed claim, and supporting source through our contact page.

    Trust & Credibility

Each guide is built from the operators, tourism offices and providers it cites, and checked against those sources before publication. For the full workflow, read our Editorial Policy and Trust & Transparency pages.

Some guides include affiliate links. If you buy or book through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you, and these relationships never influence which products or experiences we recommend.
